Refund policy

1. Digital Product Sales – No Refunds

All products sold on HeyCrafters.com are digital downloads (crochet patterns, SVG files, coloring pages, and crafting resources). Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase is completed.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
✅ Incorrect File Received – If you receive a file that is different from what was described, we will send you the correct one at no extra cost.
✅ Corrupt or Unreadable File – If the file is broken and cannot be opened, we will provide a replacement.
✅ Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate charge upon request.
