How do I receive my patterns after purchase?
Instantly! You’ll receive an email with your download link within seconds of purchase. No waiting, no shipping — just click and start crafting. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
What file formats are included?
All patterns come as beautifully formatted PDF files with full-color photos and step-by-step instructions. They work on any device — phone, tablet, laptop — or print them at home.
Can I re-download my files later?
Yes! Your purchase gives you lifetime access. Log into your account or use the link in your original purchase email to download your files at any time.
My download link isn’t working. What should I do?
First, check that you’re using the same browser/device. If the issue persists, email us at support@heycrafters.com with your order number and we’ll resend your files immediately.

Are the patterns suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We have patterns for every skill level — from complete beginners to advanced crafters. Each pattern clearly labels its difficulty level so you can choose the right one for you.
What supplies do I need?
Most patterns require basic crochet supplies: yarn, a crochet hook, stuffing (for amigurumi), and a tapestry needle. Each pattern lists exactly what you need in the materials section.
Can I use these patterns to sell finished products?
Yes! Our patterns include a personal & small-business commercial use license. You can sell handmade items at craft fairs, Etsy, local markets, and more. You cannot resell the PDF files themselves.
